- Sign in or apply from Membership. Apple or Google verifies identity; approval is still required.

- Cabot app access follows membership and current Cabot eligibility. Invitation details appear in My Black Lungs when you are eligible.

- Manage linked identities from Membership after signing in. Links are explicit — never guessed from names or email alone.

- Course / site issues
- Course needs an internet connection for Apple Maps. If something looks wrong, email with the URL and device.
What to expect for Cabot 2027
Start at Cabot 2027. Sign in if you already belong to Black Lungs, or request Membership if you are new. Sign-in returns you to the Cabot page.
When the roster call opens, eligible members can record September interest on the website. This is not participant confirmation, Cabot access, or a leg assignment. Participant confirmation is in November; leg assignments follow in January. Course is available now.
My Black Lungs is your personal home for your Cabot state, My Mission, app access when eligible, and published history. If you cannot see a response option when the call opens, email rossbain@mac.com.
The app is your Cabot companion on iPhone: Mission Control, the full Course, My Black Lungs, and optional private Preparation. Native race-week and offline capability will come later. Install after Membership approval, appropriate Cabot eligibility, and receipt of your personal email invitation. Use the same Apple or Google identity as on the site; TestFlight is the current installation method described in that invitation.
No app is needed to respond. Android and other devices have the full website experience: roster response when available, Cabot context, Course, History, My Black Lungs, and Help.
